Sincap

Installments and expenses, tracked in one app

Sincap brings installments, credit card statements, money you lend or owe, and subscriptions into one place. It does not connect to your bank, needs no sign-up and shows no ads. Your records stay on your device.

Download free on the App Store

Enter a card installment once

Enter an installment purchase once with its amount and number of installments; the remaining months are created for you and shown as “3/12”, so you never count by hand which installment you are on.

Statement day, due day and statement period

Add each card with its limit, statement day, payment due day and a color. The cycle follows your statement day, not the calendar month. Cycle spending, limit usage and what is left for this cycle sit on one screen, and reports break spending down by payment method and card. You can add your debit cards too and pick which debit card paid an expense.

Track money you owe and money you lent

Record what you owe and what people owe you with a name, amount and due date. Add partial payments, follow paid and remaining progress, and see closed and overdue badges. You get a reminder before the due date and can optionally post the payment to your expenses.

Subscription tracker

Add weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly subscriptions; upcoming renewals show the days left, and the monthly and yearly total cost is calculated for you.

The free version shows how many subscriptions need review and their yearly cost. Pro shows which ones, with a reason: no matching spending, a large share of your monthly spending, or a year of uninterrupted renewals.

Recurring bills and payment reminders

Plan rent, bills and other recurring payments once. Anything marked as pending can remind you 1, 3, 7 or 14 days before it is due. The pending list shows the overdue count and total, and a swipe marks a payment as paid.

Start your month on payday

Set the month start anywhere from the 1st to the 28th; balance, budgets, reports and widgets follow it. If you are paid on the 15th, your month runs from the 15th to the 14th.

Budgets, savings goals and reports

Set category limits, get overspending alerts and compare with the previous month. Follow savings goals with milestones, contribution history and a target date.

Weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly reports show savings rate, cash flow and category breakdown, and you can create and share a PDF financial report. A financial health score, an end of month forecast and automatic insights are included.

Your records stay on your device

Sincap does not connect to your bank or link accounts, and your financial records are never uploaded to a server. The only external connection is the in-app purchase service. Backups are encrypted with a key stored on your device, with an automatic recovery copy before every restore. No ads, no data selling.

Quick access and appearance

4 widgets: balance, budget ring, upcoming subscriptions and Lock Screen. Voice assistant shortcuts add an expense or income and tell you your balance or remaining budget, and past transactions show up in system search. Category suggestions are learned on device from your own choices.

Light, dark and OLED themes, hidden amounts and notifications with quiet hours. Screen reader, larger text sizes and Reduce Motion are supported. Voice entry of transactions currently works in Turkish.

Free and Pro

Sincap is free to download. The free version includes 3 budgets, 2 goals, 5 subscriptions, 5 debts, 5 cards, 5 custom categories and a PDF report for one period. Pro unlocks unlimited records, subscription review, financial health score, end of month forecast, advanced insights, the full timeline and automatic backups.

Pro is available as a monthly or yearly subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Your existing records are never locked by a limit.

How do I cancel a subscription?
