Sincap, gelirlerinizi, giderlerinizi, bütçelerinizi, finansal hedeflerinizi ve takip ettiğiniz abonelikleri yönetmenize yardımcı olan kişisel bir finans takip uygulamasıdır.
Bu Gizlilik Politikası, uygulamayı kullandığınızda verilerinizin nasıl ele alındığını açıklar. Temel ilkemiz basittir: finansal kayıtlarınız yalnızca cihazınızda kalır; uygulama bunları hiçbir sunucuya göndermez.
Veri sorumlusu ve geliştirici:
Uygulamada girdiğiniz tüm veriler cihazınızdaki, uygulamaya özel depolama alanında tutulur. Bu alana başka uygulamalar erişemez ve veriler hiçbir sunucuya gönderilmez. Sistem araması, widget'lar ve sesli asistan özelliklerinin bu verilerin bir kısmını uygulama dışında nasıl gösterebildiği aşağıdaki "Arama, Widget'lar ve Sesli Asistan" bölümünde açıklanır. Uygulama içinde de açıkça belirtildiği gibi: finansal kayıtlarınız yalnızca cihazınızda tutulur ve hiçbir sunucuya gönderilmez; hesap gerekmez.
Bu özelliklerin hiçbiri verilerinizi bize göndermez; ancak bazı finansal bilgilerinizi uygulamanın dışında da gösterebilir.
Uygulama yalnızca aşağıdaki izinleri ister ve her birini yalnızca ilgili özellik için kullanır:
Ses kaydınız saklanmaz: mikrofon sesi yalnızca anlık olarak yazıya çevrilir, dosya olarak kaydedilmez ve kayıt durduğunda dinleme kapatılır.
Fotoğraf kitaplığı izni istenmez: Geri bildirim ekranında en fazla üç ekran görüntüsü ekleyebilirsiniz. Görsel seçimi, uygulamanın dışında çalışan sistem seçicisiyle yapılır; uygulama fotoğraf kitaplığınıza erişmez ve yalnızca sizin seçtiğiniz kareleri alır. Seçilen görseller küçültülüp yeniden kodlanır, bu sırada konum ve çekim bilgileri kaldırılır, ardından yalnızca sizin gönderdiğiniz e-postaya eklenir. Görseller sunucuya yüklenmez ve uygulama içinde saklanmaz.
Uygulamanın kendiliğinden internete bilgi gönderdiği tek yer, Sincap Pro satın alımlarını yürüten abonelik/satın alma altyapısı hizmet sağlayıcımızdır (hizmet sağlayıcı ABD'dedir). Bu hizmet Sincap Pro fiyatlarını göstermek, satın almayı (abonelik ya da ömür boyu) başlatmak, önceki satın almaları geri yüklemek ve Pro durumunuzu doğrulamak için kullanılır. Bu nedenle uygulama, hiç satın alma yapmamış olsanız da açıldığında ve kullanım sırasında zaman zaman (internet bağlantısı varken) bu hizmete bağlanır. Hizmet sağlayıcı bu bilgilerden abonelik ve satın alma istatistiklerini bize toplu olarak da sunar.
Gönderilen: bu kurulum için rastgele oluşturulan bir kullanıcı kimliği; Apple'ın cihazınızda aynı geliştiricinin uygulamaları için oluşturduğu cihaz tanımlayıcısı (reklam kimliği değildir); cihaz modeli, işletim sistemi ve uygulama sürümü, dil tercihi ve App Store ülkesi gibi temel teknik bilgiler; bağlantı sırasında IP adresiniz; izleme izni durumu değeri (uygulama bu izni hiç istemez); satın alma veya geri yükleme yaptıysanız Apple tarafından imzalanmış satın alma kaydınız. Reklam kampanyası ölçümü: App Store'daki reklam kampanyalarımızın etkisini ölçmek için Apple'ın cihazınızda oluşturduğu bir atıf belirteci, kurulum başına bir kez, rastgele kullanıcı kimliğinizle birlikte bu hizmet sağlayıcıya gönderilir. Sağlayıcı bu belirteçle Apple'a uygulamanın bir App Store reklamı üzerinden indirilip indirilmediğini, indirildiyse kampanya, reklam grubu, anahtar kelime ve ülke/bölge gibi bilgileri sorar; dönen bilgiyi rastgele kullanıcı kimliğinizle saklar ve kampanyalarımızın performansını görebilmemiz için bize sunar. Belirteç adınızı, e-postanızı veya finansal kayıtlarınızı içermez ve reklam kimliği değildir.
Ödeme her zaman Apple App Store üzerinden yapılır; uygulama kart veya banka bilgilerinizi hiçbir zaman görmez ve saklamaz.

Sincap sizi izlemez. Uygulamada şunların hiçbiri yoktur:
Uygulama kendi başına cihaz dışına yalnızca yukarıda açıklanan satın alma altyapısı aracılığıyla bilgi gönderir. Bunun dışında bilgi, uygulama içinden yalnızca sizin başlattığınız işlemlerle cihazdan çıkar. Geri bildirim ekranından gönderdiğiniz e-posta, seçtiğiniz e-posta veya paylaşım uygulaması üzerinden bize ulaşır; bu e-postada yazdığınız mesaj, geri bildirim türü, uygulama sürümü, eklediyseniz ekran görüntüleri ve yazdıysanız iletişim adresiniz bulunur; e-postayı gönderdiğiniz adresi de görürüz. Bu bilgileri yalnızca talebinizi yanıtlamak ve uygulamayı iyileştirmek için kullanırız. Yedek ve PDF paylaşımı için "Yedekleme ve Dışa Aktarma" bölümüne bakın. Cihaz ayarlarınızda analiz verilerini uygulama geliştiricileriyle paylaşmayı açtıysanız Apple, çökme verilerini ve uygulama kullanımına ilişkin istatistikleri bizimle paylaşabilir; bunu aynı ayardan kapatabilirsiniz.
İsterseniz cihazınızda bir yedek dosyası oluşturabilirsiniz. Yedek varsayılan olarak cihazınızda güvenli biçimde saklanan bir anahtarla şifrelenir; dilerseniz Ayarlar'dan şifrelemeyi kapatabilirsiniz (kapalıyken yedek düz metin olur). Uygulama, yedekleri hiçbir sunucuya yüklemez (cihaz yedekleri için "Veri Saklama ve Silme" bölümüne bakın).
Yedek dosyası işlemlerinizi, kategori ve alt kategorilerinizi, bütçelerinizi, aboneliklerinizi, hedeflerinizi ve hedeflere yaptığınız para hareketlerini, borç/alacak kayıtlarınızı (karşı tarafın adı olarak yazdığınız metin, notlarınız ve kısmi ödemeler dahil), kredi kartı kayıtlarınızı (takma ad, renk, kesim ve son ödeme günü, isteğe bağlı limit) ve seri, rozet, XP ve meydan okuma ilerlemenizi içerir. Paylaş düğmesiyle bu yedeği dilediğiniz yere (örneğin cihazınızdaki dosyalara, e-postaya veya bir bulut sürücüye) gönderebilirsiniz; uygulama içinden bu yedeğin cihaz dışına çıkıp çıkmaması sizin bu paylaşım tercihinize bağlıdır. Paylaştığınız yedek bu bilgilerin tamamını — borç kayıtlarına yazdığınız kişi adları dahil — taşır: şifreleme açıksa şifreli, kapalıysa düz metin olarak; düz metin bir yedeği açan herkes bu bilgileri okuyabilir.
Ayrıca son 12 aylık dönemden birinin (dönemler ay başlangıç gününüze göre hesaplanır) finansal özetini PDF rapor olarak dışa aktarıp paylaşabilirsiniz; ücretsiz sürümde bu tek bir dönemle sınırlıdır. Pro'da ayrıca Rapor ekranında görüntülediğiniz haftalık, aylık, çeyreklik veya yıllık dönemin raporunu alabilirsiniz. Rapor gelir/gider özeti, kategori dağılımı ve işlemlere yazdığınız açıklamalarla birlikte bir işlem tablosu içerir.
Finansal kayıtlarınız cihazınızda kaldığı için kontrol tamamen sizdedir. Verilerinizi silmek için:
Cihazda tutulan etkinlik/denetim günlüğünde 30 günden eski kayıtlar, günlüğe yeni bir kayıt eklendiğinde otomatik olarak silinir. Bu günlük "Tüm Verileri Sıfırla" ile silinmez; uygulamayı cihazınızdan kaldırdığınızda günlüğün tamamı silinir.
Satın alma altyapısındaki kaydınızın silinmesini isterseniz contact@lesmazer.com adresine yazın. Bu kayıt adınızı veya e-posta adresinizi içermediğinden, bulabilmemiz için Apple'ın satın alma sonrası gönderdiği makbuz e-postasındaki (veya Apple satın alma geçmişinizdeki) sipariş numarasını (Order ID) ekleyin. Satın alma yapmadıysanız uygulama size bir kayıt numarası göstermediği için talebinizi belirli bir kayıtla eşleştiremeyebiliriz.
Finansal kayıtlarınız yalnızca cihazınızda işlendiği ve saklandığı için, bunlara ilişkin erişim, düzeltme, silme ve dışa aktarma haklarınızı doğrudan uygulama içinden kullanabilirsiniz. KVKK ve GDPR kapsamında haklarınız şunlardır:

Sincap, genel kullanıma yönelik bir kişisel finans uygulamasıdır ve çocuklara yönelik değildir. Çocuklardan bilerek kişisel veri toplamayız. Uygulama finansal kayıtlarınızı bize veya herhangi bir sunucuya göndermez; bunlar cihazınızda kalır. Uygulama ilk açılışta 13 yaşından büyük olduğunuzu onaylamanızı ister; 13 yaşından küçükler uygulamayı kullanmamalıdır.

Sincap is a personal finance tracking app that helps you manage your income, expenses, budgets, financial goals and the subscriptions you track.
This Privacy Policy explains how your data is handled when you use the app. Our core principle is simple: your financial records stay only on your device; the app never sends them to any server.
Data controller and developer:
All data you enter in the app is stored in the app's dedicated storage area on your device. Other apps cannot access this area, and the data is never sent to any server. How the system search, widget and voice assistant features can show some of this data outside the app is explained in "Search, Widgets and Voice Assistant" below. The main data stored:
As stated clearly inside the app: your financial records are kept only on your device and are never sent to any server; no account is needed.
None of these features send your data to us, but they can show some of your financial information outside the app.
The app requests only the following permissions, and uses each one solely for its related feature:
Your voice recording is not stored: microphone audio is transcribed only in the moment, is not saved as a file, and listening stops when the recording ends.
No photo library permission is requested: On the feedback screen you can attach up to three screenshots. Images are chosen through the system picker that runs outside the app; the app never gets access to your photo library and only receives the shots you pick. Selected images are downscaled and re-encoded, which strips location and capture details, and are then attached only to the email you send. Images are not uploaded to any server and are not stored inside the app.
The only place the app sends information to over the internet on its own is our subscription/purchase infrastructure provider, which handles Sincap Pro purchases (the provider is based in the USA). It is used to show Sincap Pro prices, start a purchase (subscription or lifetime), restore previous purchases and verify your Pro status. So the app connects to it when it opens and from time to time while you use it (when you are online), even if you have never bought anything. The provider also gives us aggregated subscription and purchase statistics from this information.
What is sent: a random user ID created for this installation; the device identifier Apple creates on your device for apps from the same developer (not the advertising identifier); basic technical information such as device model, operating-system and app version, language preference and App Store country; your IP address during the connection; a tracking-permission status value (the app never asks for this permission); and, if you make or restore a purchase, your Apple-signed purchase record. This does not contain your name or Apple Account, but because it can recognize the same installation and device it is pseudonymous personal data, not anonymous data.
What is not sent: your name, your email and your financial records (transactions, budgets, goals, subscriptions, debt and card records) are never sent to this service; the app has no account or sign-in.
Ad campaign measurement: To measure the effect of our ad campaigns on the App Store, an attribution token that Apple creates on your device is sent once per installation, together with your random user ID, to this provider. The provider uses it to ask Apple whether the app was downloaded through an App Store ad and, if so, for details such as the campaign, ad group, keyword and country/region; it stores the result with your random user ID and makes it available to us so we can see how our campaigns perform. The token does not contain your name, email or financial records, and it is not an advertising identifier.
Payment is always made through the Apple App Store; the app never sees or stores your card or bank details.

Sincap does not track you. The app contains none of the following:
On its own, the app sends information off the device only through the purchase infrastructure described above. Beyond that, information leaves the device from within the app only through actions you start yourself. An email you send from the Feedback screen reaches us through the email or sharing app you choose; it contains your message, the feedback type, the app version, any screenshots you attach and the contact address you enter, if any; we also see the address you send it from. We use this only to answer your request and improve the app. For sharing backups and PDF reports, see "Backup and Export". If you have turned on sharing analytics with app developers in your device settings, Apple may share crash data and app usage statistics with us; you can turn this off in the same setting.
If you wish, you can create a backup file on your device. By default the backup is encrypted with a key stored securely on your device; you can turn encryption off in Settings if you prefer (when off, the backup is plain text). The app never uploads backups to any server (for device backups, see "Data Retention and Deletion").
The backup file contains your transactions, categories and subcategories, budgets, subscriptions, goals and the money movements you add to them, debt and receivable records (including the text you enter as the other person's name, your notes and partial payments), credit card records (nickname, color, statement and payment due day, optional limit), and your streak, badge, XP and challenge progress. Using the share button you can send this backup wherever you like (for example to your device's files, email or a cloud drive); from within the app, whether this backup leaves your device is up to this sharing choice. A backup you share carries all of this — including the names you typed in debt records — encrypted if encryption is on, as plain text if it is off; anyone who opens a plain-text backup can read it.
You can also export and share the financial summary of any of the last 12 monthly periods (calculated from your month start day) as a PDF report; in the free version this is limited to a single period. With Pro you can also export the weekly, monthly, quarterly or yearly period you are viewing on the Report screen. The report includes an income/expense summary, a category breakdown and a transaction table with the descriptions you entered.
Because your financial records stay on your device, control is entirely yours. To delete your data:
In the activity/audit log kept on the device, entries older than 30 days are deleted automatically whenever a new entry is added. "Reset All Data" does not clear this log; removing the app from your device deletes the entire log.
To ask for your record at the purchase infrastructure provider to be deleted, email contact@lesmazer.com. The record does not contain your name or email address, so please include the Order ID shown on the receipt email Apple sends after a purchase (or in your Apple purchase history) so we can find it. If you have not made a purchase, the app does not show you any record number, so we may not be able to match your request to a specific record.
Because your financial records are processed and stored only on your device, you can exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion and export for them directly within the app. Under KVKK and GDPR your rights are:

Sincap is a general-audience personal finance app and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. The app never sends your financial records to us or to any server; they stay on your device. On first launch, the app asks you to confirm that you are over 13; children under 13 must not use the app.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Significant changes will be published on this page and the "Last Updated" date at the top will be refreshed. Your continued use of the app means you accept the current policy.
