Sincap'ı indirerek, yükleyerek veya kullanarak bu Kullanım Koşulları'nı ve Gizlilik Politikası'nı kabul etmiş olursunuz. Koşulları kabul etmiyorsanız uygulamayı kullanmayın.
App Store'da gösterilen yaş derecelendirmesi uygulamanın içeriğine ilişkindir; asgari kullanıcı yaşını belirtmez. Sincap 13 yaşından küçükler için tasarlanmamıştır: ilk açılışta 13 yaşından büyük olduğunuzu onaylamanız istenir ve 13 yaşından küçükler uygulamayı kullanmamalıdır. Reşit olmayan bir kullanıcıysanız uygulamayı yalnızca bir ebeveyn veya vasinin gözetiminde ve onayıyla kullanın. Sincap Pro satın almak için reşit olmanız ya da ebeveyninizin veya vasinizin onayını almış olmanız gerekir.
Hizmetin Tanımı
Sincap, kişisel gelir ve giderlerinizi takip etmenize yardımcı olan bir kişisel finans uygulamasıdır. Başlıca özellikleri şunlardır:
Gelir ve gider takibi: tutar, açıklama, kategori, tarih ve ödeme durumu ile işlem ekleme; tekrar eden veya taksitli işlemler.
Kategoriler ve bütçe: kendi kategorilerinizi oluşturma ve kategori başına bütçe limitleri belirleme.
Finansal hedefler: birikim hedefleri oluşturma ve ilerlemenizi izleme.
Abonelik takibi: kendi düzenli ödemelerinizi (abonelikler) ve sonraki ödeme tarihlerini izleme.
Raporlar: gelir/gider özetleri, kategori dağılımları ve aylık PDF raporu.
Borç ve alacak takibi: kime borçlu olduğunuzu ve kimden alacağınız olduğunu kaydetme; kısmi ödemeler, kalan tutar ve vade takibi.
Kredi kartı takibi: kendi eklediğiniz kartlar için hesap kesim gününe göre ekstre dönemi harcaması; isterseniz limit kullanımı ve son ödeme günü. Banka veya kart hesabınıza bağlanılmaz, kart numarası istenmez.
Maaş günü dönemi: ay başlangıcını 1 ile 28 arasında bir gün olarak seçme; bakiye, bütçe ve raporlar bu döneme göre hesaplanır.
Widget'lar, sesli kısayollar ve arama: ana ekran ve kilit ekranı widget'ları, sesli asistan kısayollarıyla işlem ekleme ve bakiye sorma, sistem aramasında geçmiş işlemleri bulma.
Hatırlatmalar ve uyarılar: ödeme, abonelik, borç/alacak, kredi kartı ve vergi son tarihleri, gecikmiş ödemeler, bütçe ve hedefler için cihazınızda oluşturulan, isteğe bağlı yerel bildirimler.
Sesle işlem ekleme: konuşarak hızlıca işlem girme. Yalnızca Türkçe konuşmayı anlar ve konuşmanız cihazınızda tanınır (bu özellik için mikrofon ve konuşma tanıma izniniz istenir).
Finansal kayıtlarınız yalnızca cihazınızda saklanır; uygulama bunları hiçbir sunucuya göndermez ve kullanıcı hesabı gerekmez. Sincap bir banka, ödeme kuruluşu veya yatırım danışmanlık hizmeti değildir ve finansal tavsiye sunmaz.
Abonelik ve Otomatik Yenileme
Sincap'ın gelişmiş özellikleri Sincap Pro ile açılır. Üç seçenek sunulur: aylık ve yıllık otomatik yenilenen abonelik ile ömür boyu tek seferlik satın alma. Fiyatlar, satın alma ekranında bulunduğunuz ülke/mağazaya göre güncel haliyle gösterilir.
Ödeme: Tüm satın almalar Apple App Store üzerinden yapılır. Ücret, satın alımı onayladığınızda Apple Hesabınıza tahsil edilir. Abonelikler ve ömür boyu satın alma dâhil tüm satın almalarda iade talepleri Apple'ın iade politikasına tabidir ve Apple tarafından değerlendirilir; talebinizi Apple Hesabınızla giriş yaparak reportaproblem.apple.com adresinden iletebilirsiniz.
Otomatik yenileme: Abonelik, mevcut dönem bitmeden en az 24 saat önce kapatılmadıkça otomatik olarak yenilenir. Yenileme ücreti, dönemin bitiminden önceki 24 saat içinde alınır.
İptal ve yönetim: Aboneliğinizi istediğiniz zaman Ayarlar → Apple Hesabı → Abonelikler üzerinden yönetebilir veya kapatabilirsiniz. Uygulama içindeki "Satın Almayı Geri Yükle" seçeneğiyle daha önceki satın almalarınızı geri yükleyebilirsiniz.
Ömür boyu satın alma: Tek seferlik ödenir, otomatik yenilenmez ve iptal gerektirmez. Aynı Apple Hesabıyla giriş yaptığınız cihazlarda "Satın Almayı Geri Yükle" ile geri getirilir.
"Ömür boyu" ne anlama gelir: Ömür boyu satın alma, uygulamanın kullanım ömrü boyunca Sincap Pro özelliklerine erişim verir; kişinin yaşam süresini ifade etmez. Satın alımınız Apple Hesabınıza bağlıdır ve cihaz değiştirseniz veya uygulamayı silseniz de "Satın Almayı Geri Yükle" ile geri gelir. Geliştirmeyi durdurmamız hâlinde uygulama, kurulu olduğu cihazlarda çalışmayı sürdürür; App Store satın alma geçmişinizden yeniden indirilebilmesi ise geliştirici sözleşmemizin yürürlükte kalmasına bağlıdır. Bu durumda yeni özellik eklenmeyebilir ve gelecekteki iOS sürümleriyle uyumluluk garanti edilemez. Finansal kayıtlarınız yalnızca cihazınızda tutulduğundan, uygulama içindeki yedekleme ve dışa aktarma seçenekleriyle her zaman kendi kopyanızı alabilirsiniz; uygulamaya erişiminiz sona erse bile verileriniz sizde kalır.
Ücretsiz deneme: Bu uygulamada ücretsiz deneme yoktur; hem abonelikler hem ömür boyu satın alma ilk günden itibaren ücretlidir.
Ücretsiz ve Pro Ayrımı
Sincap'ın temel gelir-gider takibini ücretsiz kullanabilirsiniz. Ücretsiz sürümde şu sınırlar vardır: sınırlı sayıda bütçe, hedef, abonelik, borç/alacak kaydı, kredi kartı ve özel kategori; aylık PDF rapor yalnızca tek bir dönem için; Zaman Tüneli'nde yıllık özet görünür, ay ayrıntılarından ise yalnızca içinde bulunduğunuz dönem açıktır; abonelik gözden geçirmede yalnızca gözden geçirilecek abonelik sayısı ve toplam yıllık tutarı görünür. Bu sınırlar Pro'da kalkar.
Sincap Pro aşağıdaki ek özelliklerin kilidini açar:
Sınırsız aylık PDF rapor ve Rapor ekranında seçtiğiniz haftalık, aylık, çeyreklik veya yıllık döneme ait PDF rapor.
Zaman Tüneli'nin tamamı.
Finansal Sağlık Skoru.
Ay sonu gider tahmini.
Gelişmiş içgörüler (hafta içi/hafta sonu harcama alışkanlığı, tasarruf önerileri, tekrarlayan harcama kalıpları).
Abonelik denetimi: hangi aboneliğin neden gözden geçirilmesi gerektiği.
Hedefe kategori bağlama.
Otomatik yedekleme (cihazda; günlük, haftalık veya aylık); elle yedek alma ve yedekleri şifreleme ücretsiz sürümde de vardır.
Sınırsız bütçe, hedef, abonelik, borç/alacak kaydı, kredi kartı ve özel kategori.
Mevcut limit dolu olsa bile, daha önce eklediğiniz kayıtlar kilitlenmez veya silinmez; yalnızca limiti aşan yeni ekleme engellenir. Uygulamanın hiçbir katmanında reklam gösterilmez ve ödeme sonrası ek kısıtlama uygulanmaz.
Kullanıcı Sorumlulukları
Uygulamayı kullanırken aşağıdakileri kabul edersiniz:
Girdiğiniz finansal bilgilerin doğruluğundan ve uygulamayı yasalara uygun, kişisel amaçlarla kullanmaktan siz sorumlusunuz.
Finansal kayıtlarınız yalnızca cihazınızda tutulduğundan, oluşturduğunuz yedeklerin ve dışa aktardığınız raporların güvenliği sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır. Yedeği veya raporu paylaştığınızda (örneğin e-posta, cihazınızdaki dosyalar veya bulut sürücü ile) verinin cihaz dışına çıkıp çıkmayacağı sizin seçiminize bağlıdır.
Cihazınızın ve yedeklerinizin kaybolması, bozulması veya silinmesine karşı kendi yedeğinizi almanız önerilir.
Uygulamayı tersine mühendislik yapmamayı, kötüye kullanmamayı veya başkalarının haklarını ihlal edecek şekilde kullanmamayı kabul edersiniz.
Sorumluluğun Sınırlandırılması ve Apple Koşulları
Uygulama "olduğu gibi" ve "mevcut haliyle" sunulur. Sincap, finansal kararlarınıza esas teşkil edecek bir tavsiye veya garanti vermez. Yürürlükteki yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde, uygulamanın kullanımından doğan dolaylı veya sonuçsal zararlardan geliştirici sorumlu tutulamaz; veri girişlerinizin doğruluğu ve finansal kararlarınız size aittir.
Apple App Store üzerinden sunulan standart hükümler gereği:
Bu sözleşme yalnızca sizinle geliştirici (Lesmazer) arasındadır; Apple bu sözleşmenin tarafı değildir.
Apple, uygulamadan kaynaklanan herhangi bir talep, bakım veya destekten sorumlu değildir.
Uygulamaya dair destek doğrudan geliştirici tarafından sağlanır: contact@lesmazer.com.
Apple ve iştirakleri, bu koşulların üçüncü taraf yararlanıcılarıdır ve koşulları size karşı uygulama hakkına sahiptir.
Uygulanacak Hukuk, Değişiklikler ve İletişim
Bu Kullanım Koşulları Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir.
Geliştirici, bu koşulları zaman zaman güncelleyebilir. Önemli değişiklikler yürürlüğe girdiğinde sayfanın üst kısmındaki "Son Güncelleme" tarihi yenilenir. Değişiklikten sonra uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmeniz, güncel koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.

Acceptance and Age
By downloading, installing, or using Sincap, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not accept these terms, do not use the app.
The age rating shown on the App Store relates to the app's content; it does not set a minimum user age. Sincap is not designed for children under 13: on first launch you are asked to confirm that you are over 13, and children under 13 must not use the app. If you are a minor, use the app only under the supervision and with the consent of a parent or guardian. To purchase Sincap Pro, you must be of legal age or have obtained the consent of a parent or guardian.
Description of the Service
Sincap is a personal finance app that helps you track your personal income and expenses. Its main features are:
Income and expense tracking: add transactions with amount, description, category, date, and payment status; recurring or installment transactions.
Categories and budgets: create your own categories and set per-category budget limits.
Financial goals: create savings goals and monitor your progress.
Subscription tracking: track your own recurring payments (subscriptions) and upcoming billing dates.
Reports: income/expense summaries, category breakdowns, and a monthly PDF report.
Debt and receivable tracking: record what you owe and what people owe you, with partial payments, remaining amount and due dates.
Credit card tracking: for cards you add yourself, spending per statement cycle based on the statement day, plus optional limit usage and payment due day. The app does not connect to your bank or card account and never asks for a card number.
Payday period: choose any day from the 1st to the 28th as your month start; balance, budgets and reports follow that period.
Widgets, voice shortcuts and search: Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets, voice assistant shortcuts to add a transaction or ask for your balance, and finding past transactions in your device's system search.
Reminders and alerts: optional local notifications created on your device for payment, subscription, debt/receivable, credit card and tax due dates, overdue payments, budgets and goals.
Voice entry: quickly add a transaction by speaking. It understands Turkish only, and your speech is recognized on your device (microphone and speech recognition permission is requested for this feature).
Your financial records are stored only on your device; the app never sends them to any server, and no user account is needed. Sincap is not a bank, payment institution, or investment advisory service and does not provide financial advice.
Subscription and Auto-Renewal
Sincap's advanced features are unlocked with Sincap Pro. Three options are offered: a monthly and a yearly auto-renewing subscription, and a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the purchase screen as currently set for your country/store.
Payment: All purchases are made through the Apple App Store. The fee is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. For all purchases, including the subscriptions and the lifetime purchase, refund requests are subject to Apple's refund policy and are reviewed by Apple; you can submit a request by signing in with your Apple Account at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Auto-renewal: The subscription renews automatically unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The renewal fee is charged within the 24 hours before the period ends.
Cancellation and management: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. You can restore previous purchases using the "Restore Purchases" option inside the app.
Lifetime purchase: Paid once, it does not auto-renew and needs no cancellation. It is restored on devices signed in with the same Apple Account via "Restore Purchases".
What "lifetime" means: The lifetime purchase gives access to Sincap Pro features for the lifetime of the app; it does not refer to a person's lifetime. Your purchase is tied to your Apple Account and comes back via "Restore Purchases" even if you change device or delete the app. If we stop development, the app keeps working on the devices where it is installed; being able to re-download it from your App Store purchase history depends on our developer agreement remaining in effect. In that case new features may not be added and compatibility with future iOS versions cannot be guaranteed. Because your financial records are kept only on your device, you can always take your own copy using the in-app backup and export options; even if your access to the app ends, your data stays with you.
Free trial: This app has no free trial; both the subscriptions and the lifetime purchase are paid from the first day.
Free vs Pro
You can use Sincap's core income and expense tracking for free. The free version has these limits: a limited number of budgets, goals, subscriptions, debt and receivable records, credit cards and custom categories; the monthly PDF report for a single period only; in the Timeline, the yearly summary is shown but only the current period's monthly detail is open; and, for subscription review, only how many subscriptions need review and their total yearly cost. Pro removes these limits.
Sincap Pro unlocks the following additional features:
Unlimited monthly PDF reports and a PDF report for the weekly, monthly, quarterly or yearly period you select on the Report screen.
Subscription review: which subscriptions need review and why.
Linking categories to goals.
Automatic backups (on the device; daily, weekly or monthly); manual backups and backup encryption are also available in the free version.
Unlimited budgets, goals, subscriptions, debt and receivable records, credit cards and custom categories.
Even when a free limit is reached, records you have already added are not locked or deleted; only new additions that would exceed the limit are blocked. No tier of the app shows ads, and no additional restrictions apply after payment.
User Responsibilities
When using the app, you agree to the following:
You are responsible for the accuracy of the financial information you enter and for using the app lawfully and for personal purposes.
Because your financial records are kept only on your device, the security of the backups you create and the reports you export is your responsibility. When you share a backup or report (for example via email, your device's files, or a cloud drive), whether the data leaves your device depends on your choice.
You are advised to keep your own backups to protect against loss, corruption, or deletion of your device or backups.
You agree not to reverse-engineer, misuse, or use the app in any way that infringes the rights of others.
Limitation of Liability and Apple Terms
The app is provided "as is" and "as available". Sincap does not provide advice or guarantees that should form the basis of your financial decisions. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the developer cannot be held liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app; the accuracy of your data entries and your financial decisions are your own responsibility.
Under the standard terms applicable to apps offered through the Apple App Store:
This agreement is solely between you and the developer (Lesmazer); Apple is not a party to this agreement.
Apple is not responsible for any claims, maintenance, or support relating to the app.
Support for the app is provided directly by the developer: contact@lesmazer.com.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and have the right to enforce them against you.
Governing Law, Changes, and Contact
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
The developer may update these terms from time to time. When significant changes take effect, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page is refreshed. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
